He wanted to make a video documenting the connection between the original Bandit and Burt. They went on to say that Burt was glad Pontiac did not let him have this car for the movie, since it would have been destroyed with the rest of the Trans Ams.īurt invited us to the foundation and asked us to bring the Trans Am so that Burt could see the car again. Burt could not believe that he was reunited with the car at the filming of the documentary.
